Some schlub at this year’s Oregon State Fair came in second place with a LEGO statue of Yoda. Too bad this is an actual LEGO set, from 2002.
Oops! Probably forgot to tell the judges that. This is like english class in high school, where the slacker jocks thought they could get away with reciting Savage Garden lyrics as the poem “they wrote” for that week’s assignment. Not fooling anyone.

Drinkin’ cherry cola
By Nelson Diaz
Anytime I need to see your face I just close my eyes
And I am taken to,
a place
Where your crystal minds and magenta feelings
Take up shelter in the base of,
my spine
Sweet like drinkin’ cherry cola
Huh?
Creations made with a Lego set = one of the categories for kids at the state fair. Original creations is a separate category. I guess they think they should allow the kids with no imagination but a love for building participate, too.;)
That doesn’t make any sense to me. It’s not a “creation made with a LEGO set”, it’s a LEGO set — a product. So, basically, the prize is for “who has the second highest amount of money to spend on LEGO products.”
