We’ll be talking to Errol Elumir later today, as part of our upcoming Geeky bands episode. Errol is a musician and animator, probably best known for his Zork Walkthrough song (a collaboration with Pifie) and album of geek love songs. Above is his video for “9 More Than That.”

If you’ve got any questions you’d like us to ask him, leave a comment below! Thanks!

New topic for Episode 23

Some of you may be wondering….where’s ep23: Media Overload?

Unfortunately an accident occurred while editing Media Overload and it was overwritten and now does not exist.

Apologies to our listeners but have no fear, we are working towards a new topic.

We’d like to thank our guests: Andrew, Sarah, Erin and Sarah’s dad Paul Wickliffe of Skyline Productions who offered great insight into the music industry and who we hope to have on again at some future date.

While Episode 23’s topic is still being decided it will include some coverage on the Big Apple Comic Con which we’ll be at this weekend Oct 16th -18th.

We will be visiting the topic of Media Overload in the future so stay tuned!

Monty Python 40th Anniversary

How did I miss this? In honor of Monty Python’s 40th anniversary, there’s a live show from today through 10/10 at Town Hall in New York. And then on the 15th, the new documentary Monty Python: Almost the Truth (The Lawyer’s Cut) will be screening at the Ziegfeld, with all of the Python members in attendance (except the dead one).

I hope if you’re going to this, you have fun and think of me. Here’s a New York Magazine article about it:

The Disney Blog links to a short interview on Comingsoon.net with Tron Legacy star Olivia Wilde, who talks about wearing the suits and the fact that production on the film has now wrapped (release date as of right now: December 17, 2010).
