If you’re a frequenter of the internets, most likely you’ve already heard about the iPad, the new Apple product that’s a cross between an iPhone and a regular Mac laptop. It kind of reminds me of the Apple “Knowledge Navigator,” a product concept shown in this video from 1987.
Proponents are calling it a Kindle-killer; however, unlike the iPhone, consumer feedback seems to be squarely divided on this shiny new gadget. Best Roof Talk Ever posted this amusing reaction. What do you all think?

And on a brief side note, the Apple TV 3.0 update looks pretty ugly and introduces nothing that wasn’t new in iTunes 9. Maybe if the update had come out then it would have been exciting – but only maybe. Quite a disappointment that there’s no new feature unique to this device this time around.
